Здравствуйте. В РГС ссылаясь на Федеральный закон с 01.01.2013 г. отменили скидки за безаварийную езду. В "Аско" тоже на законных основаниях этот коэффициент применяют. Кто из них не прав? Переплачивать не хочется, если есть возможность сэкономить, но вдруг в случае ЧП окажется что "скидочный" полис не действителен?
